The Shellysons Company in 90’s informally introduced its agro-based business from the village Ramnagar of Nilphamari district of northern part of Bangladesh with its agricultural land. The Shellysons Company comes into public after its demand from little by little small businesses. Though the company formed by the members of a renowned family but it like to work with grass-root, national and international business community. The company formally functions after having license as a Private Limited Company (Entitled “Shellysons Industries Limited) from the Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms of the Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh (under Bangladesh Government’s Company Act 1994) on 10th March 2016 (Head Office, TCB Bhaban , 6th Floor, 1 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka https://roc.gov.bd/). The Certificate of Incorporation number is C-129515/2016. Though every company’s aim to make profit but unlike this, Shellysons Company’s aim to develop the country as well as general people living standard through muti-purpose income-generation, utmost utilization of resources, diversification of resources, creativity, technology ensuring safe-guard of nature and environment. To become a sustainable company we emphasis to run our company on an accountable, administrative and financial norms and system.
